Conceptualized, researched, designed, and managed a new hiring and recruiting platform UI/UX for a fast-growing talent marketplace platform in the SF Bay Area from concept through product delivery.

  • Reimagined the full life cycle of traditional hiring processes to inform the design of elite, scalable talent marketplace.
  • Through the use of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and the use of remote usability testing tools, conducted usability studies and surveys, abstracting context, statistical concepts, and insight into the design process.
  • Led focus groups and interactive testing to measure usability from potential users by documenting consumer sorties undertaking heuristic and expert audits of systems in order to inspire UX innovation and scalability.
